BOSTON, MA — June 14, 2021 — Vista Higher Learning, the leading educational publisher of language learning products in the United States, acquired the World Languages product portfolio of Wiley, a global leader in research and education. The agreement supplements and diversifies the market-leading portfolio of language programs published by Vista Higher Learning, expanding its solutions for language learning in both K–12 and higher education. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Instructors and students using the WileyPLUS platform for World Language courses will continue to have access to those courses and Wiley customer service until June 2022, before transitioning to Vista Higher Learning’s technology platform. Customers using Wiley’s companion websites will also continue to have access to those sites for this academic year.
