The first step in recovering your password is to tell us who you are. You can use either your username or the email address you used when creating your account. You must have a secret question set in your account in order to reset your password on the spot. Otherwise, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

 

NOTE: If you are not already on the "Forgot your password? page, you can access it by clicking this link: https://www.vhlcentral.com/password_resets/recover_login

  1. To reset your password, enter your username (or your email address).
  2. Click "next."
  3. Provide the answer to your secret question.*
  4. Click "next."
  5. When prompted to create a new password, enter and confirm your new password.
  6. Click "change password." You should automatically be logged in to your VHLCentral account.


*Can't remember the answer to your secret question?

  1. Select “I can't remember my secret answer.”
  2. Click "next."
  3. A message will be sent to the inbox of the email address associated with your account.* This email will contain a reset password link and instructions. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

*IMPORTANT: Please add no_reply@vhlcentral.com to your email account's address book or list of approved senders in order to be sure that the password reset email arrives safely in your inbox. If you did not receive a password reset email, check your email's Spam, Junk or Bulk folders.
