My account updates: You can edit the details of your account including your username, email, year of birth, secret question and answer, preferred time zone, and your password.

1. Login to your VHL Central account via www.vhlcentral.com.
2. On the top right side of your VHL Central home page, click on your account name.
3. Click "edit my account.".
4. The following fields are text fields, so you can simply type in any changes: username, email, and secret answer.
5. The following fields feature drop-down lists: year of birth, secret question, my time zone. Click on the expand button on the right side of the field to view the complete list. To select an item in the drop-down list, click on it.
6. After making desired changes, click "save."
7. Look for confirmation that your account was successfully updated. 

Change your password: To change your password, click "Change Password" on the "my account" screen. Click the "Help" link on the "change password" screen for more instructions.
